➢ Handling complete recruitment process.
➢ Search our Resume data base of resumes to identify candidates that fit the requirements of the position.
➢ Searching for the candidates through job portals (like Naukri, Monster,Times Job, Jobs Ahead,Etc) and referrals.
➢ Posting jobs on Job portals for active positions.
➢ Communicating with the candidates, understanding their profile and making them understand the requirement in hand.
➢ Formatting the resumes of the short-listed candidates before forwarding them to the clients.
