Three Day Diet Analysis
My diet only meets the recommendation for one food group and I kind of already knew it would be that way. According to my stats I consume 1.2 cup of milk intake when the recommendation is 3. My meat and bean intake was 3.1 oz when I should have 6.5 oz. My vegetable intake was 3.6 cups when I should have at least 3 cups. I did not have any fruits when I should have had 2 cups and I came up extremely short with 1.1 oz when the recommendation is 8 oz. In my opinion the best way for me to modify my diet is to eat 3 square meals a day. Most days I only eat once and if I really hungry I will eat twice. I do starve myself; I just am not that into eating if I do not feel hungry. Chicken Parmigiana was one of the three foods I selected and the calorie intake for this meal was 324. I do not know the calories from fat. There was 15g carbs, 29g protein and 1g fiber. My second choice for one of my three foods would have to be the boiled eggs I had during my 3 day food log. I had two hard boiled eggs that were 154 calories, had 1g in carbs, 13g of protein and no fiber at all. My last choice is the Chinese food I ate today. Which had 166 calories in it, 16g of carbs, 11g of protein and 1g of fiber. Just food looking at these three foods you can easily see what it is I am lacking. Two of the three items I mentioned where the only thing I ate that day.
