The senior management team must implement a plan to resolve these issues and achieve the organization’s goal of increasing the employees’ motivation. The team has developed a strategy to employ to reduce the employees’ resistance to change that the company is suffering from since the recent transformation to the business strategies. The organization’s management team has developed a strategy updating the pay system that will develop and promote long-term job satisfaction. Riordan’s management team is striving to increase employee motivation to reach the goals of the company and customers. The upper level management team will implement a strategy that effectively aligns the human resources management practices with the business strategies. The company has benchmark several issues, responses, and the outcomes to provide the employees with a competitive pay system and optional skills training to promote interaction between employees and managers. This will provide a higher quality of job satisfaction to build a trustworthy business relationship with the employees. The Implementation of this strategy will promote an effective transformation in the organization enhancing the performance and abilities of the leaders and employees. The author of this paper will create a comprehensive motivation and rewards strategy to align HRM practices for organizational effectiveness within Riordan to provide stability and growth.
