Riordan Manufacturing is a global plastic manufacturing organization that employees around 550 people. Riordan Manufacturing Plant has establishments within Albany, Georgia, Michigan, China, and San Jose. Some of the products that the Riordan Manufacturing Organization produce are plastic beverage containers plastic fan parts and more. Various organizations depend on Riordan Manufacturing such as automotive parts and aircraft manufactures; beverage makers, bottlers, aircraft and appliance manufactures. One of the Riordan manufacturing concerns are that their historical records are in many unrelated databases. They also have historical paper sales data that was recorded using paper and pencil which need to be recorded electronically. Historical paperwork seems to be a major web security concern that is currently present at each of the Riordan Manufacturing Plants.
Now the Riordan Manufacturing Plants have several electronic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database system called ACT, and other hybrid database systems to track historical sales. Delivery dates, payment dates by order, dollar and unit value information which is only a portion of the recorded data that’s finally tracked electronically within the Riordan Manufacturing Plants various databases. The organization would like to hire a part-time college student to help scan documents electronically. Riordan Manufacturing San Jose plant has a license for a fully integrated Windows based Enterprise resource Planning (ERP) manufacturing, distribution and financial management software application distinctively designed for plastics processors, process and assembly manufacturers.
