Literally speaking, HERO is a person admired for his brave and humane deeds. Everyone can be a hero in their own ways even in simple and little ways. As long as there’s a need and thought of helping, it is always given that Hero is always there willing to do everything just for the sake of many even in the most crucial situation.
Dr. Jose Protacio Mercado Rizal y Realonda was given the title and honour of being a National Hero of FILIPINOS. According to my previous mentors, Dr. Jose ‘Pepe’ Rizal was a noble and dignified Filipino. He was a great writer. He had used his writings to call our attention to fight for our freedom and for what was right. Pepe had believed that we didn’t deserve the treatment we’d been through under the captivity of the Spaniards. We shouldn’t be stepped on. And I, myself too, believed so because the Filipino human race is and can do better than any other race thinks of.
Also, Pepe was truly a brave being for he had given and risked his very own life just for the benefit of his Filipino fellowmen. Dr. Jose ‘Pepe’ Rizal was deserving more than enough to have his title: “NATIONAL HERO.”
On the other hand, Manny ‘Pacman’ Pacquiao has his own title World’s no. 1 Boxer. It’s no doubt that he is a “Living Legend.” He has his name marked throughout the history of boxing. And as far as I know, he is the only boxer living with eight(8) different weight division titles.
He owns the crown of WBC Flyweight, IBF Junior Featherweight, WBC Featherweight, WBC Super Featherweight, WBC Lightweight, IBO Junior Welterweight, WBO Super Welterweight, and WBC Super Welterweight.
Boxing wise, truly, Pacman is one of the best. He has the skills, talent, strength, valour, endurance and everything that made him no. 1 in the boxing field and achieve everything he has now. And those are enough proofs that he is a Boxing Champ.
