Roast Beef ` Waking up to a loud surrounding was not a seldom ordeal in this place I once called home. With four brothers, which all had very loud voices and all livedin the same neighborhood,every morning was one like this special one. On this day there was a difference, and on this day that was a difference that would change my life. ` ` I awoke to all of the same old commotion with the same thought I usually think on a normal day such as this one. I sat up, rubbed my tired, slightly swollen from the deep sleep, beautiful brown eyes with a slight yawn protruding from my soft mouth. I slowly leaned my feet off the corner of the bed to the soft, white, and fuzzy carpet. I looked over to my left through the Batman® drapes to the inward bound sunlight. I stood up after enjoying this simple moment and started the day that would make all days.` ` After all of my normal getting ready “techniques” I call them; I walked out to the commotion. I was greeted by the same old family, grabbed a quick snack and was off to school. School went no different this day thanthe others but this day still held a significant roll in my life. So I did the same old drifting and daydreaming through this day to make it pass much smoother and faster.` ` After the school day had ended I decided to go hang out with some friends of mine at one of their houses. I arrived shortly after school to a few friends gathered around, noted that there were no parents. We sat around and talked and gossiped about whatever we could as more friends showed up. We drank some beers, underage and listen to music, while a few girls that could not dance attempted to. After hours and hours of this and maybe some kind of blood alcohol levelthat was above the legal limit, I decided it was time to eat.` ` I made sure to pick the simplest but best food joint around. I convinced a female friend of mine to go along and we had her sister drive us to therestaurant. We sat in almost an awkward state of buzzed staring...
