“Romeo and Juliet” , is a truly tragic tale of lovers that proves that the undeniable

power of love can lead one to do anything. In this play love leads Romeo and Juliet to overcome

the hatred between two feuding families, it leads them to fall in love at first sight, it leads them to

leave their betrothed so that they can be together, and eventually it leads them to commit suicide

so that they can be together forever. Romeo and Juliet first meet at a party where their eyes meet

and they instantly fall in love with one another leading to a secret romance that results in

abandoning their betrothed so that they can be married. However, these two people tried so hard

to be together that it resulted in both of their deaths. In this heart-wrenching tragedy only one

question can be asked, can such a raw and powerful love between two people make a

person do anything no matter what the consequences may be. In Romeo and Juliet’s case the

answer to that question without a doubt would be yes.

Romeo and Juliet first meet at a party where their eyes meet and they instantly fall in love

with one another. All throughout that first night they talked, they danced, and they even kissed,

eventually the two had to go their separate ways, but they would eventually find there way

back to each other to continue their perfect night. However there new found love for each other

was forbidden because one was a Montague and one was a Capulet, their families were in a

rivalry with one another that was so horrible that even servants of the two families would try and

fight to the death. Another unfortunate thing about their love was that Juliet was already

betrothed to another man, so this meant that their secret affair had to be covered up even more

no one could know. Even with all of the risks of their love contemplated the two still made plans

for their future...
