INTRODUCTION:
This document is a Proposal for the KARAVAN PETROL & CNG Online Centralized database system. This enables the KP&CNGMS to store the data and records in database through online system.
It generates the result in different formats with high degree of accuracy & efficiently and the system will also ensure the safety of data.
This document will give you a comprehensive overview of the system regarding its Costs, Schedule Benefits and Limitations etc.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
THE OBJECTIVE:
• The current manual system of KP&CNG is not an online centralized database system.
• The purpose is to design an online database application which will replace their current manual system because in their current system they are using a lot of papers or registers to keep their records and that was very time consuming.
• The new application will improve their records quality, efficiency, accuracy and to make the database secure.
• This application will have the finance module along with powerful reporting features.
• This application will improve records quality and accuracy and to makes the database for maintaining their.
• The system will have powerful reporting tools; the reports can be printed in tabular or graphical formats.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
