This document describes the appropriate strategies, process, workflows and methodologies used to plan, organize, manage and risk management of the Personal Tutoring Service (PTS) Android application project.

The Project Plan defines the following:

The android application can be used by a user to find tutoring services in a required field as well as in the neighboring area. The application will allow user a wide array of options to select from as specific background, area of specialty, area of residence and a review system for future assessment.
