Serial Killer Jeffery Dahmer
I research serial killer Jeffery Dahmer. Dahmer was an American serial killer and sex offender; his murders were brutally involving rape, torture, dismemberment, necrophilia, and cannibalism. Dahmer early childhood presented it self is being quite normal, but as her grew between the ages of 10 to 15 he became with drawn and uncommunicative, show little interest in any hobbies or social interactions. Dahmer was known to ride the neighborhood looking for dead animals to dissect.
By the time Dahmer finish high school he was an alcoholic. His parents divorce and he had dropped out of college. His father talks him into enlisting into the Army. He was discharged two years later due to his alcoholism (Lynn, 2007, p. 3).After leaving the military he moved I with his grand mother, and after a few months she claimed a foul order was coming from her basement. Dahmer had told his grandmother and father that the order was from a dead squirrel he had brought home and dissolved with chemicals (Lynn. 2007, p.3). His grandmother later asked Dahmer to move out due to his strange behavior, late nights, and from the foul smell that continued to come from the basement.
Dahmer was arrested twice for indecent exposure and masturbating in front of two boys, in 1982 an 1986 (Lynn, 2007, p, 3). In 1988 Dahmer was arrested again for drugging and sexually fondling another boy, however this time he was sentenced to five years probation and one year in a work camp release.
Dahmer murdering spree started with his first victim in 1978, there was a 10 year period before he killed again. After his grandmother had him move out of her house in 1988 he rent an apartment and was able to kill as much as he liked. He was living on his own so it was easier to get away with killing.
