Consequently, the domestic health care system lies in an abysmal state and malaria, HIV/AIDS, and famine related health problems are spreading rapidly. Believing that health and hunger problems must be addressed in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. People empowering people would like to provide shelter construction to over 300 families currently living in the eastern part of the Congo. The eastern Congo has no water or sanitation and no opportunities. The ultimate goal is to provide the people with enough tools to strengthen and rebuild their community and provide each other with secure job. In order to encourage the development of entrepreneurial initiatives and increase employment opportunities, services such training, providing relevant information, technical assistance and financial support have to be considered in the following areas: Introduction to work and Micro-enterprise promotion this is a long-term problem which will take time to address. b) War victims
