Abstract
This paper is going to deal with a matter called sexual harassment. There is going to be three parts to this paper that will go in depth about this matter. The first part will consist of eight (8) questions that will be answered regarding sexual harassment. The second part is going to be a case that deals with sexual harassment and the outcome of the case. The third part of this paper is going to deal with a sexual harassment policy. In conclusion, this paper is going to provide information about sexual harassment so people can get a better understanding of what exactly is sexual harassment and what comes along with this problem. This is a matter that is a factor in the work place and people needs to be educated about this issue.

1. Define sexual harassment as the term is used legally
Sexual harassment is a form of sex discrimination. The legal definition of sexual harassment is “unwelcome verbal, visual, or physical conduct of a sexual nature that is severe or pervasive and affects working conditions or creates a hostile work environment.” (http://www.equalrights.org/publications/kyr/shwork.asp).
There are many different types of conducts when it comes to sexual harassment. They are verbal or written, physical, nonverbal, and visual. These are all conducts that can be any form of sexual harassment.
2. Explain how sexual harassment differs from gender discrimination
Sexual harassment is any unwelcome sexual advances or contact on the job that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working environment. Any conduct of sexual nature that makes an employee uncomfortable is sexual harassment.
