1. Who is Allah? Allah is one “God” the creator of the heavens and the earth.
2. Who is Muhammad? Muhammad is the last and final prophet of “God” known as his slave and messenger.
3. What is the Shahada and what is said? Shahada is the first pillar of Islam and it is recited “Ashhadu an la ilaha Allah wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan rasulullah” “None has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.”
4. What is faith? Faith has six articles in the Muslim religion:
Faith in the unity of God
Faith in angels
Faith in prophets
Faith in books of revelation
Faith in an afterlife
Faith in destiny/divine decree
5. What is a Muslim? A Muslim is a person who believes and consciously follows the religion of Islam.
6. What is Islam? Islam is a name that comes from the religion of Islam and is the Arabic root word for “peace”. Islam teaches Muslims to have “peace” in one’s life by submitting to Allah in heart, soul, and deed.
7. What is our purpose? It was necessary that God reveal the purpose to man through His prophets, because human beings are incapable of arriving at the correct answers by themselves.  All of the prophets of God taught their followers the answers to the question “Why did God create man.
8. What is the Qur’an? The Qur’an is the book of divine guidance and direction for Muslims.
9. What is the Hadith? The Hadith are oral traditions relating to the words and deeds of the prophet Muhammad. It is the narration of the Sunnah.
10. What is Ameen? A supplication meaning, “O Allah, respond to or answer what we have said”. It is usually said out aloud in prayers.
11. Who is the Angel Jibril? Angel Jibril is the trustee of the revelation
