SHL series 2 ton biomass fired steam boiler

The SHL Series of 2t biomass boiler is a bulk industrial boiler with dual boiler cylinders as well as a natural cycling, oil combustion water pipe boiler. The transverse upper and lower boiler cylinders and water-cooling pipe walls, together form the silo type furnace, together with the convection pipe bundle and collection chest that forms the boiler body frame. Towards the rear, there is a coal saver, air pre-heater; and if necessary, a super-heater inner furnace may be set up. The combustion equipment is scale grating, step free timing control. The boiler is sold to be assembled on the site .
This type of SHL biomass fired boiler has the following characteristics: capable of over duty, quick to rise in temperature, high in heat efficiency, less space required; leak-free scale grating makes for a greatly enhanced reliability of performance. Suitable for extensive varieties of coal, furnace arches and walls can be built in, good in block out performance, which betters ignition conditions, environmentally friendly and energy saving, fierce combustion; high extent in automation, stable in performance, safe and reliable, together with a very long working life .
SHL 2 ton biomass steam boiler product features:
1.Design thermal efficiency is higher 4 to 5 percentage points than the national standard, energy saving, efficient.
2.Tall and big hearth design and the rear air heater to provide hot wind, it can satisfy multiple fuel to burn stable and efficient.
3.Water circulation circuit is large enough to provide strong water cycle power, water cycle is safe and reliable.
4.The usage of flake type grate stoker, small coal leakage, combined with the double side wind supply, combustion adjustment is convenient.
5.Big boiler water volume, strong load adjustment capability.
6.Convection tube bank equipped smoke and gas oriented board, which is leading the smoke and gas to wash out the tubes landscape orientation, besides improving the heat transfer...
