As I wake up every week day I find it so hard to get out of bed as I think to my self ?I would give anything just to sleep in a little longer.? I know for a fact that I am not the only teenager that feels this way. Parent news says that 200f all high school students fall asleep in school during this time.
The majority of teenagers need 9 to 10 hours of sleep a day.
