The Federal DREAM Act ( Development Relief and Education of Alien Minors Act) is a bi-partition bill introduced to Congress in 2001 to help youths brought to the United States by undocumented parents. This bill would provide conditional permanent residency to certain undocumented residents of good moral character who graduate from U.S. high schools that arrived in the United States as minors, and lived in the country continuously for at least five years prior to the bill's enactment. This bill will give undocumented high school students the opportunity to continue their education.  To qualify for the DREAM Act an applicant must follow several very strict guidelines. This act is going to benefit many young people, but at the same time is going to be beneficial for The United States nation. The DREAM act is for certain undocumented people that came to the United States and it will benefit them by letting them attend college, and work legally....
