Social Promotion Program

Social Promotion Program

Some children in the everyday society now are struggling more and more in classes. One of the main reasons is being due to the Social Promotion program. The social promotion program may grant the child to the next level, but it’s mainly hurting them. Being against this program can be somewhat selfish in a way, but, especially for children’s benefits, shouldn’t children have the right to the proper education rather than feeling cool or un-cool?
Being against the social promotion program could possibly increase grades and performance skills all around. For example, if a child is failing, but they know they’re going to be put into the next grade regardless. Therefore, they most likely wouldn’t put forth the effort. A child’s self esteem wouldn’t necessarily be improved by putting them in a higher grade than deserved because they’ll feel pressured from the real world once they’re graduated over mediocrity.
The Social Promotion program shouldn’t be a consideration now a days with this society really. For example, children today determines life from there on out. A student’s confidence can increase majorly, believe it or not, by being treated for the right respect by being honest with someone’s education.
Therefore, with all my information proven, I’m against the social promotion project. In the future these children being promoted while failing can or will control our jobs, income, and economy. None the less these children deserve what’s right and I don’t believe the social promotion program is the right thing to do.
