Orange Grove Ave. :

The conditions of the homes on this street are what I would assume you would see in a middle class neighborhood. They are well kept and they are clean. The streets are clean but they are dimly lit at night. The people on the streets are families looking like they are lower middle class to middle class. They are one story homes and no businesses on the street. I would live here and would get help if I needed it.

Westmont Ave. :

Very similar to Orange Grove Ave. The conditions of the homes on this street are what I would assume you would see in a middle class neighborhood. They are well kept and they are clean. The streets are clean but they are dimly lit at night. The people on the streets are families looking like they are lower middle class to middle class. They are one story homes and no businesses on the street. I would live here and would get help if I needed it.

Hellman Ave. :

Very similar to Orange Grove Ave. and Westmont. The conditions of the homes on this street are what I would assume you would see in a middle class neighborhood. They are well kept and they are clean. The streets are clean but they are dimly lit at night. The people on the streets are families looking like they are lower middle class to middle class. They are one story homes and no businesses on the street. I would live here and would get help if I needed it. There is also Cal State University of Los Angeles on the street.

Valley Boulevard:

Valley is a little bit more run down but the same would apply to the other streets. There are more fast food and liquor stores along with gas stations and resteraunts.
