The properties of materials, friction lag angle and the actual average velocity are closely related. Therefore, the influence coefficient should be 0.8~0.9 cm; the shape of granule material 0.9~1.0cm; while for powder materials is 0.6~0.7cm. When the vibrating feeder conveys granular coal, it should be 0.9~1.0cm.
When calculate average transport velocity of material in the sliding motion and throwing motion state, zenith mining and construction we only need to consider the thin material layer, without considering the influence of the average velocity. In fact, if the material layer is thicker, the actual average speed of vibrating feeder is smaller than the theoretical average velocity. We also found that for the massive and granular materials, the actual average velocity is affected by the thickness of material layer, which is relatively small. The powdery material is affected by the relatively large impact, however, some powder material is on the contrary, cone crusher for sale when the material layer thickness increases to a certain degree, the average speed of its actual delivery will increase rapidly, and this phenomenon is mainly due to the increase of material layers so as to form the flow of material layer.
