Natural Soothing Relief for Headache Pain


Although headaches are not usually life threatening, they do take a physical, emotional and financial toll on people’s lives. Tonight I’m going to not only tell you what could be triggers but demonstrate how to work on yourself and others in order to rid the pain of a sinus or migraine headache.
The American Migraine Foundation has reported that Thirty-six million Americans, that’s about 12% of the U.S. Population suffer from migraine headaches. Placing them as one of the 20 most disabling medical illnesses on the planet, costing the U. S. more than $20 billion each year, attributed to: doctor visits, medications and indirect expenses such as: missed work and loss of productivity. (American Migraine Foundation)
I’ve been doing massage since I was 12 years old, after reading books my mother had provided and then told me to practice what I’ve been learning. I’ve been doing just that ever since, including working on the Dallas Cowboys and their families back in Dallas, Texas.
Who here has ever had a sinus or migraine headache or know someone who has had them? Wouldn’t it be great if you could lower the amount of time spent with this pain, enjoy your life more without being confined to the bed in order to escape from the agony. Did you know that there are many headache triggers such as: high levels of serotonin, dietary, environmental, hormonal changes, and physical smells, just to name a few.
