The Adobe Version Cue Server CS3 software includes some content in object code form that was provided by the Eclipse Foundation (“Eclipse Content”) and is licensed under the terms and conditions of the Eclipse Public License Version 1.0 ("EPL"), or other terms included in the Eclipse plug-ins. A copy of the EPL is available below and at http://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl-v10.html. The source code of the Eclipse Content is available at http://www.eclipse.org/. The EPL does not apply to any other content or software included in the Adobe Version Cue product other than the Eclipse Content.
