Stress is definded as pressure or worry caused by a problem or challenging situation. Stress can come from many situation that make you feel frustrated. How to solve those problems? We need to find out the causes of stress among students in Hong Kong and the suggested solutions to solve them.
Stress are mainly from school, friends, parents, romantic relationship and other family members. First ,let’s talk about school, in a survey results on students stress,85% of the students feel stressed about school. Students are worried about scoring good grades in their exams. They are concerned about being able to study at university. Futhermore, homework and extracurricular activities will cause stress. If we don’t handle it well, we may have nightmare, migraine etc .For the solutions for girls, they can listen to music , watch movie or go shopping with their friends. For the solutions for boys ,they can turn on their Xbox and play video games. Besides, they can play sports. For examples, football ,basketball and swimming etc. They also can set up a timetable and have a good time management.
The second cause of stress is parents. There are 70% of students stress on their parents. In Hong Kong, parents are very busy with their work. So that they didn’t care about their children . And some of the parents have bad-tempered and their will punish their children. If not handled well. the relationship between teenagers and the parents will become bad .For more serious, domestic violence will be caused. Therefore children should talk to their parents and let them know your feeling. On the other hand, if it is getting serious, you should tell your teacher or social workers.
The third cause of stress include friends, romantic relationship .there are 61%and 35% of students stress on friends and romantic relationship.Sometimes, friends may increasing your debt . if you don’t handel it well, there will be bullying. For the solutions on friends, you should talk to...
