Our University and its resources are open to all students and faculty of the school. This guide will explain to you how to use Axia’s resources and where they are located. It will also guide you through other areas that will help you along as you complete your degree here at Axia University of Phoenix. Educational Resources Axia University of Phoenix’s website is set up for ease of use. This is a step by step walk through on how to access those resources. To begin each student must login to the school website, which is located at https://ecampus.phoenix.edu/portal/portal/Secure/HomePage.aspx. I strongly recommend that you store this site in your favorites, and then you can access it every day. After each student has logged into the site, your personal school page will come up. On this screen, located in the upper right corner, you will see your name with your Individual Record Number (IRN), inbox, what’s new, community, help and log out tab. In the middle of the page will be larger tabs that are links to home, classroom, library, program and account. This page will also show your two classes for the block that you are in, with access to the materials for the class, an entrance to the discussion room, which is you classroom, and an option to get books. Below your classes will be the names of both your academic and financial advisor. This layout is simple enough that one can walk through and find what they need. Discussion Tab The discussion area is where you will enter to your classroom. Once you enter the classroom you will have several tabs on the left hand side, the first being main thread.
