Super Size Me

After watching the Super Size Me documentary I learned that eating fast food all the time could be a major health problem. Morgan Spurlock experiment to eat only McDonald’s for 30 days straight showed the effects it can have on the body. Not only can it make you become overweight and eventually obese, it will make your cholesterol go up and you will be more prone to heart disease and diabetes. I think he chose to do this experiment was to show Americans how eating unhealthy all the time can affect you in many ways and to change your lifestyle to a healthier way. Maybe also include fish at least 2 -3 times a week. Drink plenty of water and cut back on soda. Cutting back on snacks such as chips, cookies or ice-cream is also a good start in reducing high sugar foods I...
