The website is both simple and easy to navigate for both seasoned website user to novices. Link Staffing has “job opportunities” tabs throughout the site located on the top of the page, middle, and bottom. Link Staffing services offers interviewing tips for each trade that a client is applying, and resume writing tips that is also accessible through the website. Another website feature is that benefits are listed on “benefits” link that shows a list of benefits such as: flexible scheduling, daily pay, health/dental benefits and safety bonuses.
With the Link Staffing’s website having a lot of useful information as strengthit also serves as a weakness. For example, the jobs for each industrial trade are not updated to the office location. This can serve as a weakness for people browsing website looking for employment and would be deceived by the lack of job posting.
