The content of this paper will discuss Link Staffing Services marketing Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, and Trends (SWOTT) analysis to discuss the differences, including the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of the selected organization’s web sites.
Since 1980, we've been matching the right industrial workers to the right positions with the right client companies. Our workers get to work, our clients get to focus on building their core businesses, and our company continues to be the quality leader in industrial staffing services.
Link Staffing Services website is offering information on various opportunities for both future employees, client employers looking for human resources and franchise opportunities. The website is both simple and easy to navigate for both seasoned website user to novices. Link Staffing has “job opportunities” tabs throughout the site located on the top of the page, middle, and bottom. Link Staffing services offers interviewing tips for each trade that a client is applying, and resume writing tips that is also accessible through the website. Another website feature is that benefits are listed on “benefits” link that shows a list of benefits such as: flexible scheduling, daily pay, health/dental benefits and safety bonuses.
With the Link Staffing’s website having a lot of useful information as strengthit also serves as a weakness. For example, the jobs for each industrial trade are not updated to the office location. This can serve as a weakness for people browsing website looking for employment and would be deceived by the lack of job posting. This will cause potential client from coming in and filling out applications and possibly filling positions for current employers.
