The Seven Habits Profile reveals that the leader is “outstanding” and “good” in one category and “very good” in seven. This indicates the leader has the knowledge, skills and desire to be a strong leader. Reflecting on the results of The Seven Habits Profile shows the leader sacrifices their own well- being for that of their team. They value the needs; concerns and success of others first, but ultimately want to be the decision maker. Although, the results indicated a strong leader, it also revealed some areas of opportunity for self-improvement.
The Foundational Habits categories of Emotional Bank and Life Balance fell within the range of “good” with the strong points being keeping promises and honoring commitments along with keeping in mind the concerns and needs of those whom they are working for. The weakness that was revealed was maintaining balance among the various aspects life, work, family and friends.
The Seven Habits categories also fell within the range of “good” and “outstanding” with most strong points revolving around organizational skills, a sense of accomplishment, problem solving and relationship building with their team members. The leader scored lowest in the Category-Sharpen the Saw. The two main attributes being the lack of taking time to find meaning and enjoyment in life as well as care for physical health and well-being.
