TEAM CHARTER

TEAM NAME: The A Team
TEAM GOALS
-Get minimum grade of 85%.
-To contribute and work to the best of our ability.
-Be supportive, not just in team projects but throughout the semester in all our classes.
-Success in communication and adhering to the team charter.

Attendance:
->Attendance at meetings is mandatory. If a member will be unable to attend a scheduled meeting they need to contact at least one member of the team the day prior to the meeting with a reason for not being there.
->Members must be on time for a meeting. We will wait no longer then ten minutes, after that they will be considered absent.
->Members are required to be prepared for meetings. Come to the meeting with the work assigned to you completed and ready to move on to the next step of the task.
Communication:
We have created a Group on My BCIT for our group communication. There is a main page for announcements to be posted as well as a group chat function. We will be using our e-mails to contact group members as well.
We have scheduled our meetings to be every Wednesday at 11:30 am. We will meet outside of our last lab of the day and discuss a place to meet. When we are given time in class for discussion we will use that as well.
oThe first item at every meeting will be to make an agenda outlining our goals for the meeting.
oAt the conclusion of the meeting we will spend a few moments organizing an agenda of work to be completed before the next meeting; as well as a rough agenda for our next meeting.
In the event of a disagreement, we will turn to democracy. In the event of a 3 – 3 tie we will flip a coin to make the final decision.
