Communication is the most process of sending and receiving information among people. The most common ways to communicate is speaking, writing, visual images, and body language. To accomplish these tasks and goals, the important thing is team communication. Team communication is important and necessary. There are several different ideas in team communication; creating team communication, characteristics of open communications, guidelines to team communication, responsibilities to team members, getting the message across, and communication skills. Team communication is important and necessary because in a team every ones working towards the same goal. The information is shared within the team so they all have the same idea. Team members have the knowledge and the power in their team. The knowledge and power gives the team sense of belonging and dedication. When the member is dedicated they will contribute more and feel valuable to the team. Creating team communication the goals have to be clearly defined by the team. By aiming for interaction there has to be solving problems and achieving team goals. For there to be an efficient team communication they have to trust each other by having open communication. The most important thing in a team is trust.
