Teenagers as Adults
Treating teenager as adults made me question mankind. Why are we so cruel? It’s as if we lost our understanding our compassion. Why is it that the boy or girl who killed the ones who made his life so miserable punished? Why didn’t anyone helped when he or she cried out for it? This could have been easily preventable. It seems as if society sees the bullies aren’t the bad ones but the one being bullied is. Now what I don’t understand is how someone would feel remorse when he or she killed the very people who made their life a living hell. They fear of going to school because of theses few kids. They call for help but no one listens. The only way to end this pain and suffering is to end the lives of those causing it. Once it’s done they feel the vast pressure lifted off their shoulders. How could you not understand that? Why isn’t the parent of the bullies punished? A child is not born inadequate it’s the fault of the parents for not loving their child and showing them to be kind and honest. The parents are the adults and as adults they are the ones who should be punished because parents aren’t close to their children as they should be. I just don’t understand how you can send a child to prison or to death. Was the holocaust not a big enough message? It seems what people have long fought for and died for has just faded away. One day I hope to see that there is no death penalty and a child is never sent to prison. This has helped me learn to be understanding of one’s actions no matter how devastating they are. It has also taught me be much nicer to everyone no matter whoever...
