Think of a jaw-breaking, mouth drooling, pimp chicken juicing, oriental recipe, Teriyaki Chicken. Over time, history has Americanized its ingredients and method of preparation. Today, I’m going to shine on some of that history, breakdown the ingredients of both traditional and Americanized Teriyaki sauce, and explain the main methods of preparation for the best results.
