I believe that the states have taken some important steps in extinguishing texting and driving for everyone. They have created some laws to allow police officers to give tickets to those who are texting and driving. It all starts with you, taking charge and putting down the phone. Nobody expects it to happen to them but you could be next. The state does not strongly enforce the laws they have created to crack down on texting and driving. It should be as strongly enforced as a D.U.I is so that the roads can stay safer for everyone.

The state laws created to prevent texting and driving are a vital step in cracking down on texting and driving.
