Silent but deadly Desmond zeroed in his sites. Two clicks left. One click right. He was now set to take the shot. He peered down the scope of the Barrett .50c sniper rifle. Desmond saw his target sitting in his office drinking tea. To anybody else he may appear to be just another man drinking tea, but to Desmond, this man was his target, his mission, his life. He squeezed the trigger and ended the man’s life. Mission complete. Desmond was an assassin working for the C.I.A. he was 6‘1” and 230 pounds. His head was completely shaved and you could see the outline of veins that stretched all the way across the top of his head. He had plain hazel eyes. His teeth were perfectly straight and incredibly white. His nose was crooked from being broken multiple times. On his left cheek about an inch from his nose stretched a three and a half inch scar. His face was clean shaven. He had broad shoulders, large biceps, and washboard abs. On his left wrist he had a tattoo of some Chinese symbols. On his right hand he was missing the tip of his pinky. Desmond had been a navy seal for six years. He joined straightout of high school. At 24, the C.I.A. hired him as a field agent. They soon found that he was more of a killer than an agent so that’s how he became an assassin at age 25. Over the years he has had over one hundred confirmed kills. He has no family or friends and works only alone. Desmond boarded the C-130, carrying the gear he would need for the mission. They took off from Washington and started on there 16 hour flight to Moscow. About an hour till his halo (high altitude low opening) jump, he geared up. He wore all black; black boots, black pants, black shirt, black vest and a black mask. He carried a 9mm Smith and Wesson pistol on his left leg and on his right he carried a fully automatic Gloc. He wore a bullet proof vest full of enough ammo to fight a small army; 3 grenades and 3 flashbangs. In his backpack he had enough M.R.E. (meals ready to eat) to last a week,...
