EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In result to the ASEAN Vision 2015, where member countries will have free-trades and single regional economic market, the Philippines is expecting a 114% increase in our tourist arrivals. Situation follows that by 2015, the country still lacks and has a projected gap of about 32,000 rooms, upcoming hotels included.

Taking advantage of this development, an 88-room hotel will be built by January 2014 and be in operation by January 2015. The hotel will be known as The Attic.

A cost-effective campaign focused on direct marketing, publicity, advertising and web and social media is being proposed.

Contrary to the usually-unreachable and neglected area, The Attic transforms a piece of emptiness into a lively space most cleverly designed to satisfy the guests’ lodging needs. From cabinets-turned-into-wall to beds-sliding-out-of-the-floor, the rooms redefine the hotel experience by putting value commitment to space maximization and practicality—such simple features that mark the stark difference from what star-rated hotels mostly offer. Over and above that, The Attic guarantees that every inch inside of the room is used for the guests’ optimum advantage—no single item is kept idle, without sacrificing the mood of luxury and comfort.

Amenities include a 24-hour concierge service, valet parking, 24-hour room service, daily newspaper at the lobby, business center services, laundry, dry cleaning & pressing services, and complimentary shoeshine service. A pet lodge is also present dedicated to the pet-friendly guests without affecting other guests’ comfort.

Catering to budget conscious foreign and domestic travelers, The Attic looks forward to servicing...
