After thoroughly going through the concepts of “firm foundation” and “castle in the air” theories describe in the book , I have came up with a conclusion to chose castle in the air theory as a more attractive and appropriate approach for investment strategy for independent person. Firm foundation theory is more applicable for big companies with huge pool of money to invest and hedge against. For an average person or professional with a above 100 k household income, castle in the air theory looks more attractive and if person gets lucky, it just like winning a jackpot and if investment doesn’t hit the target as it was believe in the first place then it just like losing money at casino. This will not hurt the person as before investing in castle in the air investment, he was mentally prepared regarding the chances of outcomes of the toss.
I am finally able to come up with nice castle in the air investment idea as for past few years I have been closely following news and articles about stem cell research programs and controversies against the companies as many religious group consider it as taking a human life. Even our president George Bush halts research funding for all kind of stem cell researches given by Federal Government. Stem cells are form at the very beginning stages of human embryo and extracting them out from it causes embryo dead.
I will give a little background about stem cell and its importance and how controversies against it are being handled by scientists and researchers. Stem cells are specialized cells which are formed at the very beginning stages of human embryo development and according to scientists; they have the capacity to develop into 130 different human tissue types.
