THE HARDEST THING I EVER HAD TO DO
The hardest thing that I ever had to do would probably be to make the decision of should I leave my husband and divorce him or stay and keep my family together? That seemed to be the million dollar question that I had to figure out. So, I weighed my options or should I say my pros and cons and I made my final decision to do what I thought was best. I chose to leave my husband and divorce him and raise my daughters on my own, as a single parent.
I had married my husband in the spring of 97, and everything was so wonderful and great at that time. I had just married and w we were buying our first house together and we seemed to be in sync with one another and everything was well for the two of us. My husband had a very good job with benefits and I had a good position teaching and was looking forward to my life and future with my husband. I became pregnant shortly after our marriage with our first daughter and us both were so ecstatic over the news. After I was about 5 months pregnant I began to start having some complications with my pregnancy, and that sent me into premature labor with my daughter. She came early and had to stay in ICU for several months. This meant my husband and I would have to go see her daily in the hospital to help secure her future and make sure she was healthy and gaining weight like she was supposed to be doing. Well, she was there for about 6 months which put a strain on my relationship and marriage. My husband and I were both working full time jobs and we had to travel to get to the hospital that my daughter was in, which was about an hour and a half away and we were doing this daily. In the mist of this crisis, I found out some more news that seemed to have caught us off guard.
I found out that I was pregnant again on top of us having a premature daughter in the hospital. I was so surprised and shocked because...
