This essay will discuss the importance of eating healthy. Everyone in today’s society is
influenced by what they do and don’t eat. Food is a great essential to the human lifestyle. Food
can easily be abused and have fatal outcomes. Living isn’t possible without eating so there is
only one way around it. Eating well. People eat many different things due to culture but we must
all consider watching our eating habits. If we eat well we are better off, problems come with bad
eating choices.
There are a lot of things to include with eating well. The amount, timing, and minerals
within the foods are a part of it. Minerals such as calcium, iron, and fiber are a key factor
to life. Calcium is essential for bone growth and strength, and the transmission of nerve signals.
Young kids should consume a great amount due to their age is when they develop most. Calcium
consists of milk, yogurt, and different cheeses. As far the time go. You should have a controlling
diet. Everyone has heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That is timing.
Knowing when to and not eat something is a principal to good eating habits. “All men are not
created equal” (unknown). That quote goes right along with this paper. The world is overflowing
with different size people. We do not eat the same portion of food. Like vitamins and good
timing, the amount of food intake is also significant. Individuals shouldn’t starve themselves to
death or eat so much they become obsessed. It is that we shouldn’t wait until we are hungry to
eat. Eat prior to becoming on an empty stomach. Eat for one and not for two. Amount, timing,
and what you in are good habits but can easily become a dreadful one also.
