InterClean has a lot to offer in the industrial institutional cleaning and sanitation areas. As the cleaning and sanitation industry grows and sanitation requirements become more
value on service, consumers require more services and solutions from InterClean. In some areas InterClean must focus on aligning it's organizational structure with strategy, evaluating recruiting and selection methods, examining how human capital is developed, along with evaluating training and development. David obtained InterClean from his father along with his fathers accomplishments but to remain as competitive David has acquired changes, merging with a major competitor, EnviroTech. The business evolved not only selling the product but also selling them selves along with the environmental safety. While the emerge has and will create more work for their clients, it will also create new opportunities for all of them. InterClean looks at companies as guides for successfully integrating the business. EnviroTech while continuing to satisfy it's current customers it will only be incorporated with EnviorTech.
For some of the employees that was a threatened by the change that it will be going through, and would be challenge for all of them. But unfortunately the staff were not aware of what kind, or what staffing changes the company has planned. Because the company cannot deal with any panic workers cannot undisclosed any changes that will occur. But with the silence...
