Identify a situation where ISO 9000 standards have been employed to upgrade processes or software systems. Identify the benefits of using ISO 9000. Why it is critical for employees to stay in compliance as they perform specific tasks? How would you handle an otherwise good manager who refuses to enforce the prescribed standardized processes?
ISO 9000 have two different meanings: ISO is the International Organization for Standardization a single standard and a set of three standards (ISO 9000, ISO 9001 AND ISO 9004). ISO 9000 sets it standard to satisfy the customers’ expectation or the government has mad it mandatory.
