Ashley, one of the main characters in “Sweet 16”, a Mary-Kate and Ashley collection, is a sweet, good-natured, sister-lover, organized, and a very attractive girl as characterized by the author Emma Harrison. On page 3 Harrison uses her thoughts to give the readers an idea on her appearance, as quoted, “I gathered up my long, wavy blond hair into a twist and secured it with a clip…I slipped the long, flowy, light-blue gown over my head, and it fell perfectly on my frame.”. Another example is on page 71 when Ashley decides without the least bit of hesitation to help Mary-Kate with geometry, even though that means giving up her favorite movie-party at her friend’s house.
