The mission of Club IT as stated by the owners Rueben and Lisa on the clubs website is to offer their customers a friendly place for people to meet that offers live music as well as DJ’s, dancing and refreshments. This club is not set up for one particular clientele but for a variety of people from different backgrounds and cultures. They have music ranging from Hip hop to top 40 with some techno thrown in for good measure.
I like Club IT’s website it has a variety of functional information for both the customer and for their employees. For their customers and people just doing research on a place to go have a good time, they have a schedule of the live bands or events that are coming up for each month. The website also has a section that displays Club itsmenu for their appetizers and beverages. On this website you will also find a listing for merchandise that you can buy as well as the layout of the club so that you.
I have studied the website and have noted areas that are just fine the way they are and some areas that could stand to be reworked a bit to make both the customers portion of the website and the Employee portal a little more functional. For the clubs employees they have anemployee portal which allows each employee to log into their own personal page. Once an employee has logged in they have some pretty extensive information that pertains to their current hours, their year to date wages and bonuses, sick leave and vacation time thatthey have accrued as well as contact information. The employee also has access to different forms that they may need such as accident forms, direct deposit and even on for purchasing a bus pass. Each employee can also access their employee handbook and emergency manuals through this site too. Also on the Employee’s page are links for other team resources, upcoming events, and anelectronic suggestion box. The site also has an employee directory and the Club its privacy...
