The Most Troublesom Issue on Abortion

Abortion
The issue of abortion is the most troublesome social and political issue in the United States today. For many years people from different walks of life have expressed varied opinions about abortion. The two most prominent opposing armies of devoted believers (pro-choice and pro-life) feel their views are both morally and ethically right. This issue is addressed from the pulpit in many churches in the form of sermons and it is also debated in the political arena.
The pro-choice supporters see a woman’s right to choose to abort a baby from their body. Furthermore, views the baby does not have individual rights within the mother’s womb. The citizens of the United States never voted on or supported this pro-choice position. babies’ life is the main focus of the pro-life advocates. Abortion is the wrong choice not only because it goes against what God has said, but also because it’s murder and should be illegal except in instances where the mother life is endangered by the pregnancy.
Abortion is murder. From the moment of conception an embryo is formed into a person. “Scientist actually identifies a human life from the very first moment a sperm cell unites with an ovum or egg cell.” Although, many pro-choice supporters believe a fetus is not a person until first or second trimester. Pro-choice people don’t think of there action as murder, they consider the aborted fetus as a mass, cell or tissue. Abortion is taking one’s innocence of human life, which is wrong under many circumstances. An unborn baby is meaningful, and has the potential that should not be expendable. Human life begins at the time of conception. No matter what stage of conception for a middle age person or teenager. Killing an unborn baby is no more justifiable than killing two other people. Abortion is a practice that should be illegal and should be equal up to murder.
