The Vice-president of Sales shall have the ability to operate and exercise the powers of the President in case of the President's death, absence, or incapacity.

College degree is required (Masters degree a plus).

The individual must have 5 or more years of experience in the cleaning and sanitary industry.

One must have the ability to lead and direct.

Management experience is required.

Individual must be a people person, he or she must have the ability to generate relationships through sales and services.

The Sales Manger shall have the ability to execute orders as well as oversee a variety employees.

The sales Representative must understand the importance of customer service before sales. The representative shall build relationships through sales and services.

One must have the ability to work with others.

The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively.

Since the merger of InterClean and EnviroTech has taken affect, it is necessary that certain changes take place. In the past one company seems to focus totally on sales while the other company focused on customers service. Since the merger has taken place the company is now based on both customer service and sales. The merger causes for the company to become more diverse and provides increase in customer satisfaction through sales and services.
