The War in Syria

The war in Syria is an armed conflict in Syria between forces loyal to the President and those seeking to oust him. It has stated 3 years ago, the protesters in Dra’aa come up to object to the arrest of some of the children and rip their nails and skin. The police and the army started shooting at the protesters and this led to killing many of them. This fact formed a big shock for millions of Syrians, “How could they kill people like that?” The protests spread to many other cities and all Syrians came out to say: “The president should leave because his army killed many people” but these protests were not useful with him. Later, people started carrying their weapons to protect themselves and it turned to a big war in this nice country. Actually, there are many effects of this war but I will study the biggest three effects: millions of refugees are searching about a safe life, destroyed infrastructure in several cities and heavy casualties.
After the army began bombing civilians and residential areas, millions of people had started searching about a safe life. They are moving from one area to another to do that, and the safe area may be dangerous after some time. For example, 300 thousands persons are living now in Homs of 1.2 million persons that they were before protects. According to the statics, there are more than 4.5 million refugees inside Syria but United Nations helped just 2 million of them and there are about 4 million refugees in Turkey, Jordan, Lebanon, and Iraq. They live in poor conditions and suffer because of the lack of food and other life needs. Their sons usually don’t get education and spend their time in the streets and fighting. Actually, they don’t have any good things but they have a big dream to return to their homes safe.
