Communication during these five weeks has helped out well. At the beginning of this course opinions from other just did not matter to me, moving into weeks two and on I started to take in others response and use it to my advantage of learning how others viewed topics. Working with the class on the last week was helpful their opinions mattered when discussing reflecting thinking it seemed as if others were thinking the same as I then added things that I overlooked. Presentation skills can improve working with others by giving responsibility along with giving others to put their resources that were important to be known in a presentation. Now, the downfall would be that he/she would not complete it and in the end, another team member would have to do more work.
Collaborating with a team member did not help me, having my personality. Also, my way of researching out to the audience is what makes me unique when giving a speech among active people skills. If took someone else's personality the audience would know I was not true to the topic at hand. For group solving problems are in seven steps which help every person in the group, the steps are the following;
Having each person define the problem is a good way to start being clear in the language along with the desired situation.What the group needs to have happened, and knowing the realistic and with wild of the topic.After, this comes making moves to identify and define the root causes this is to solve problems that can remain resolved in the group. Coming together in the group with generating alternative solutions this step is not to evaluate but to gather information for ideas, moving into groups that evaluate the options which are how they judge the answers this is to show objective and preferable rather than emotional focusing on the information that is needed or desired to solve the problem.
