Immigrants have been coming to America since the 1600’s when the English established settlements along the east coast. America has grown to be a very powerful country over the centurys because of these immigrants. Now a days, many immigrants come to America in illegal ways. Some causing issues socially and economically. America is still a prosperous country but is slowly crashing down because of the problems that are added on by most illegal immigrants. Sending illegal aliens back to their own country is an impartial way to help the country move forward.
Mass media says immigrants come into the country to do jobs Americans do not want to do, however, the reality is most immigrants use the excuse of poverty to take advantage of what the government offers to them. Research shows American tax payers spend 113 billion dollars a year on immigrants (FAIR). These tax dollars could be spent on our own citizens in our country such as our veterans from our army. America can also use this money on other important things related to increasing our education, exploring space, road construction, social security and many more important reasons that would improve our country. Not only do Illegal immigrants waste 113 billion tax dollars a year, they crowd up many areas that are already filled with enough people.
A majority of illegal immigrants tend to overpopulate many parts of the country. The Census Bureau projects that U.S. population will double this century. Seventy percent of this doubled population are illegal immigrants (Swanson). There is not enough room for United State citizens if illegal immigrants already occupy a majority of the housing. This causes the need to build new houses which leads to cutting down more trees than needed. More people means more oil is needed and more fossil fuels will be burned from vehicles.
