This whole time I have been thinking the wrong thing about looking younger. I have been thinking that special creams keep us young or taking care of our body so well, but I have been wrong because exercise can also keep us young which is pretty interesting. When we exercise our body is getting stronger not weaker so while we are aging if we exercise properly we are growing stronger. Unlike others while growing up grow weaker people who do what they are suppose to everyday actually don’t age as much. There were tests and it showed that older people may also look younger, but they also have the body or ability of someone younger than them. For example, their memory ability will be the same as someone younger than them which is pretty amazing because I always thought older people start losing their memory while age because of how much time is passing by. It is nice to know that our body wont really age especially if we start exercising now until we are older. It wouldn’t be so hard if we start now because we will be used to going running ever morning by the time we are thirty-five. So by the time we are sixty we will still have a good working body. There is a down to this up because they are older people they will have less muscular power and mass. So its not exactly like a younger person, but close enough. But we will always continue growing even though we don’t feel like it every second, minute, or hour. So exercising isn't just to lose weight I guess it can also be to live a longer and younger life than others. Exercising is an important part of our health because it breaks down what is needed. To be honest I don’t really exercise especially now that’s its too cold to go running outside, but I know I have to keep my body in shape some how.
