Letter Content: This letter is in regards to the upgrade of your operating systems.
This letter will encompass my observations, and a summary in regards to the existing issues you have operating several operating systems, and the need to upgrade. With your current setup, I have seen a blend of operating systems that need to be considered for upgrade to Windows 7 across the board. The current problem I have with this variety is there are constant compatibility problems which are eventually resulting in miscommunication problems between the workers in your company. This subsequently leads to lost data files, damaged data, and possibly delayed information about important problems.
My professional suggestion is for a system wide upgrade to Windows 7, which should ease all existing problems.There are many advantages to updating the systems to Windows 7. To start with, Windows 7 security provides built-in security measures which automatically help in the constant safety of all systems; additionally it has got the ability to include password protection to defend all systems from illegal action. Windows 7 also incorporates “daily restore points” so even when a document has been substituted or mistakenly deleted, your workers will have a way to access these files. Most of the operating systems these days are based off of Windows NT, but technology has gradually developed, and more characteristics have been included, removed and some done away with. By updating to Windows 7 it will reduce all possible system fails or lock ups due to the simple fact Windows 7 was developed based exclusively on high system needs, lock of drivers, and hardware support.
