This system is based on some type of personal or cultural list of values that we gather as we grow wiser and older. These values go along with everything we do. From the way we think, dress, talk, or even how we work with others; they all are based on this system of values that we have created. Companies are also run by a system of values. I will begin this discussion on values by first taking a look at my personal system of values, next I will go over the values that Kudler Fine Foods, last I will go over how my values would affect my job performance if I were a manager at Kudler Fine Foods. I have always had an idea of what I valued in life but there were not many things that I thought about myself. Most of the things I valued came from my mother and what she taught me. Living at home, you don’t really question much, you just go with the flow of the leader in the household because your mother or father will never steer you wrong. You have to leave the nest at some point. I went to college and realized there was no lead to follow anymore. My freshman year of college is when I sat down and considered the things that were really some things I value. Being trustworthy Intergrity Belief in God Individualism Values in the Workplace 3 Honesty Loyalty Authenticity Responsibility Fairness Communication There are more but these are the main ones that I use at work. I took the Williams Institute Ethics Awareness Inventory Assessment. According to this assessment I am more focused on results.
