Fote VSI crushers use two variations of VSI crushing. The first is vertical shaft impact crushing where rock is fed onto a table type rotor which accelerates and then discharges the rock at high speed against steel anvils in the crushing chamber. The impact of the rock against the steel anvils induces fracture and breaks the rock. The second variation called vertical shaft autogenous (VSA) crushing, where rock is fed into a multi-port rotor which accelerates and then discharges the rock at high speed against a rock filled crushing chamber. The impact of rock on rock induces fracture, breaks and shapes the rock. This unique crushing action provides low wear costs, superior products and high reduction ratios.
VSI Series Vertical Impact Crushers with International-level and High-performance sand making equipment are developed and manufactured by Germany advanced technology which is brought in by our company. It plays an irreplaceable role in fine crushing equipment. The series concentrate two crushing modes. And it can be 720 hours continuous operation without shutting down and has become the latest mainstream equipment.
Stone less than 50mm enters sand making machine thr ough conveyor belt. Stone is crushed by hitting other stones. Material falls down to impellor cavity. Under great centrifugal force, it hits material that coming downwards. After hitting each other, they force a vortex between impellor and shell, and hit each other several times, finally smaller stone comes out, and goes to vibrating screen. Satisfactory material is transported to sand washing machine, however overlarge material will go back to sand maker to be recrushed. Output sizes can be made according to customers requirement. If input size is larger than the designed size, other crushing equipment will be necessary.
