The year is almost over and its time to kiss 08 goodbye and welcome in the brand new super fresh 09’. People around the world have been celebrating this special moment with extreme grandeur, and have been doing this probably ever since man thought about the concept of partying. Well every year there are parties and then there are THE PARTIES! These are were people, no matter who they are, and where they come from get together to blow off steam and welcome in the new year. So we at MACHA! Did our research and compiled a list of top 5 party destinations around the world for all you party people to go out and kick it this year.
Starting off, at number 5 on our list is our very own India’s party Capital- Goa. All-night beach parties are how Goa rings in the New Year. Put on your bathing suits and go break it down at the ongoing rave parties, equipped with anything and everything you’ll need to party through the night.
Moving up to number 4 is Sydney, Australia. This is the first country to welcome in the year, and the Aussies sure do know how to do it in style. They have a magnificent fireworks display, and over here you have the option, to party on the bridge, on the water or in a club. The fireworks might end early but that doesn’t mean the partying also ends at the same time, as some of them are known to go till the AM. And maybe if you have the dough you can celebrate New Years in Sydney and quickly fly over to somewhere else to witness this special night.
Number 3 on our list is the Czech Capital Prague. Prague is an awesome place to play anytime and on the Big Night it literally explodes. . Wander in and out of the many pubs and cafes, but at midnight go to Old Town Square or Charles Bridge. Climb the hill to the Prague Castle or the, where the fireworks are launched for an overview of the whole crazy scene. Prague is unbelievably inexpensive but the experience is priceless.
